Project & Design Achievement: Windsor Residence is located in an inner city suburb of Brisbane, neighbouring an unit block, school and catergorised as Brisbane City Council Demolition Control Precinct and Small Lot housing.  This 100 years old traditional Queenslander house had 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the original kitchen/dining.  The proposed upper floor included the demolition of the enclosed kitchen and dining, an extension to the rear of the block to accommodate a new lounge area, ensuite, bedroom, office nook and outdoor entertainment living and bar area. The lower level was levelled to accommodate double garages, a combined laundry and bathroom and a store room.
