During this stage, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of your site, considering factors such as zoning regulations and site constraints. We also review schedules & budgets to lay the groundwork for the design process.

With a solid foundation in place, we begin the creative process. We develop concept sketches and present them for your approval, ensuring that your vision is captured in the initial design.

Building upon the approved concept, we refine the design further, preparing preliminary drawings and critical details for your review and approval.

For projects requiring a Development Application, we work closely with town planners to prepare and submit the necessary documentation, guiding you through the approval process.

Once approvals are obtained, we progress to the design development stage, incorporating changes and detailing drawings to meet regulatory standards and obtain building certification.

As construction nears, we finalise detailed drawings and schedules, ensuring that all necessary information is provided for the building phase.

We assist in the tendering process, preparing documents, evaluating tenders & facilitating the selection of contractors to bring your project to life.

Throughout the construction phase, we provide ongoing support, conducting regular site inspections, administering contracts, and resolving any issues that may arise.
